Immediate prayer request

From Mike Foster:

Just got word that my cousin Jeanne Poole is in the hospital in Columbus, GA and is on life support. Her doctor gives her a 20% chance of surviving. The family is asking for prayer.

Benevolence need

It has come to the attention of the church leadership that there is an immediate need for the following:

1. A twin size mattress and box-springs 
2. Pots and pans

If you can help out with a donation for either of these items let someone in leadership know and thanks.

Laura Young - Oma

We just got word that Betsy Hightower's mother, Laura Young, passed away yesterday. The family is not having a service and they don't need a meal or anything. Perhaps a sympathy card would be appreciated and of course, prayers for the family.

Funeral arrangements

Information on arrangements for Bill's Aunt.

Virginia Ferguson will be laid to rest in a private family service at Westview on Sat Jan 9 at 10:00am. At 1 pm a public memorial service will take place at North Ave Presbyterian Church. A reception will follow at the church.

Important meeting

We are holding a congregational meeting this Sunday right after the service. The objective of the meeting is to brainstorm ideas about events, missions and meeting the needs of our members for the new year. Everyone who attends Castle Christian Church is encouraged to stay and participate in the meeting. Thank you!
