Hey everyone,
This weekend Vangie and I have a rare opportunity to get away and spend some time together. We're very excited about it! However, it means that we won't be able to be with you physically, though are hearts will be with you.
This Sunday is our one-year anniversary of meeting in the Kiwanis building. We do have something special planned. What I am hoping is that everyone can come with a story they'd like to share--something you can share in a few minutes about what God has brought you through this past year. It can be personal or about the church itself. It can be happy or sad or funny or serious. But it is good to share our stories and remind each other about the good work that God is doing in our lives.
Someone will be leading the church in a time of reflection after the singing service at which there will be time to share our stories with each other. I think it will be a very healthy and beneficial time for everyone who comes.
Please plan to come and share!

Pray for Vangie
Hey everyone,
Please pray for Vangie. She had been experiencing some abdominal pain all weekend and it got very very bad last night. Today we took her to the Dr. and he is pretty sure she's got a kidney stone.
We had a CT scan today so we're waiting for the results of that. She's home and on some pretty good medications, so she's starting to feel a little better.
Please pray also for Noah's school meeting. We've had to postpone that for a later time.
Thanks!
